In the quiet dawn of Whisperwing Garden, hummingbirds stitched light between the hollyhocks, leaving trails of iridescent color that settled onto anything touched by morning breeze. People s swore the blooms themselves whispered, especially when printed across flowing scarves, quilted throws, and the soft covers of well‑loved journals. Even teacups and linen totes seemed to glow a little brighter, as if carrying a piece of the garden’s gentle magic wherever they traveled. This collection is inspired by growing up with lots of hollyhocks and hummingbirds in our backyard on our ranch in central New Mexico.
